High Road

A co-worker advised me today that when the inevitable situation I was going to face happened, I should remain strong and take the high road--I would feel better in dealing with the other person if I did.

The situation I figured would happen did and I remained strong; I took the high road. It made me tired. I don't know if I felt any better in the end, but I made it through. I guess that's what matters.

Ironically, my horoscope had the same message today.

Guess that is just how it goes some days.
