Putting the View to Bed.

I said goodbye to the View tonight. After writing one yesterday and the final five today, I felt a little sad. There is a sense of accomplishment, but it has been a part of my life for 2 years, and I will miss it. Though, I had to be quite the sight the last couple days, living in my Hunter Thompson tee and writing in between drinking beer at the pool.

Now, it's time to retire the Thompson tee to the laundry basket as I spilled beer on it at the pool and really, it's just time to change my clothes and get ready to face the world again soon. My "hemingway-esque" weekend needs to come to a close. I need to work out tomorrow and give my body a chance to detox from the onslaught of everything I put into it this weekend--from McDonalds to alcohol to Hershey's to Diet Coke. Bring on the tea, bring on the spinach...
